Refer-A-Friend Program


All you have to do to participate in the Refer-A-Friend program is refer a friend, neighbor, or relative (who doesn’t live with you) to Edgewater as a NEW STUDENT and give them this form to send with their registration.  Once we receive their registration (with registration fee and May tuition), you will get a $30 credit towards your September tuition (limit, 1 per season).

Registration Rules (Full Season Classes)

      • One payment with 5% discount (2% if paying by credit card)
      • Due with registration or no later than first class of season
  • Registration Fee should be enclosed with Registration Form.
  • Signed Accident Waiver should be enclosed with Registration Form.
  • Registration is for the nine-month season (September through May). If you choose to withdraw from the school at some point during the season, you must give at least one month’s notice in writing with prepaid May tuition applied to that month.

Costume Deposits (Full Season Classes)


All students will perform in the annual year-end performances in May.  The costume deposit (per costume) is due November 1st, and the balance is due when the costumes arrive in February.  Costume deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Information (Full Season Classes)


Tuition is based on a nine month season for the total amount of instruction provided.  You may pay in nine equal monthly payments (September through May), with your last month’s tuition (May) due with your registration, OR you can make one full-season payment with a 5% discount (2% if paying by credit card) by the first day of class.  Monthly payments are due by the first class of each month, with a $25 late fee charged after the 15th of the month.  There is a $30 charge for returned checks.  No deductions or refunds will be made for missed classes.  Students can make up classes in the next level up (limit twice per season).  Checks can be made payable to EAD, LLC.
